Studio Policies

Please read policies below before booking!

CREDITS & REFUNDS:

We do not provide refunds after booking—No Exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We do not offer refunds for any services. We can credit your open studio session if your booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the session, between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday -Saturday. To cancel a session, please email the studio at least 48 hours prior.
In the event of a COVID-19 emergency lockdown, credit will be given. Credit can be used for future in studio sessions or classes.
Once you book and pay for an event, you accept all policies outlined below.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

As the legal parent or guardian or organizer, I release and hold harmless to the business doing business as Creative Wee Leprechauns, its owners, operators, employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Creative Wee Leprechauns employees, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. Your release of liability is consented and agreed, like all policies once you book and pay for an event.

HEALTH & MEDICAL POLICIES:

Medical Emergencies:
The purchaser gives permission to the business doing business as Creative Wee Leprechauns, its owners, operators and employees to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Should your child be enrolled in a class and requires to have an Epi-Pen, you understand that you have emailed Creative Wee Leprechauns at least 5 business days prior to start date to advise fully on the emergency procedures. A completed form will be required.
Masks:
Currently not required by government health guidelines but recommended as an additional of protecting the younger children.

For Studio Classes, No School Day program and Camps:

In the event of a Strike Day program cancelation due to the strike getting called off, credit will be given. There are no refunds for Strike Day programs.
In the event of a COVID-19 emergency lockdown, credit will be given. Credit can be used for future in studio sessions or classes.
No refunds at any time.
Any children attending are in the age range as outlined in the class description.
No observers permitted.
All projects are completed in studio, students cannot take materials home to complete.
There is no credit or refund for missed classes or absences. No credit or refund after the class or camp has begun.
To cancel, please email the studio at least 2 weeks before the class start date.
Before the class or camp begins, 2 weeks notice is necessary to cancel and receive a credit minus $25 admin fee. No refunds.
Bookings made within 2 weeks of start date - no credit is offered.

For Parties and Private Events:

We do not offer refunds. We can transfer your booking if your booking is paused within 1 weeks prior to the party. To reschedule, please email the studio at least 1 weeks before the party date.
The minimum charge is 8 participants for kids' parties. Fees are as set out for at least 8 kids. For extra guests, you can pay 2 days prior to day of the party, permitting there is space.
There is no credit or refund for guests who do not show up as we prepare for the number you enter. If you are expecting more guests than you originally booked, please send us an email to creativeweeleprechauns@gmail.com at least 3 days before the party day to ensure we can accommodate. If an extra child shows up and is participating in the party then you will be asked to pay additionally right away or asked to tell the parents about them sitting out.

There is $25 administration fee for any event transfers.
At least 2 adults is required to stay with the party to supervise the children.

ARTWORK & PICKUP:

Please send an email asking about when art work is ready and we will check for you. However, it usually is 3-5 days to completely dry depending on the art work. More complex pieces requires more time. We promise we will get back to you. In the email 'Subject' please put full name of person and date attended.
Our policy is to hold completed artwork for up to 2 weeks, please pick up the completed artwork within this time frame. We do our best to hold on as long as possible as we know how precious it is. Please note: you will NOT receive a phone call or email when it is ready.

Damage to Artwork:

We do our best to ensure that each piece of art work is kept in the same manner it was left. Please remember that some artwork paints may shift when moving to the drying room but we try our best to move slowly and leave in the same spot to ensure shifting does not happen.
No refunds, credit or make-up sessions can be done if this happens.

BEHAVIOUR & TOUCHING:

Please talk to your kids before they come about behaviour, listening, and touching. Absolutely no touching or hitting will be permitted of other students. Students will be instructed before each lesson of this and to keep their hands to themselves.
In the event of disruptive or aggressive behaviour, our policy is to call home for immediate pickup. No credits or refunds for being sent home for misbehaviour.

PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS:

Creative Wee Leprechauns reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. Photos will be taken throughout the open studios, events, programs but we will put a sticker over your child's face or edit their face out.

If you do not want your child, yourself or a member of your party photographed, please let us know upon arrival. Creative Wee Leprechauns will try to only use photos from behind, above or add emojis over child's face when capturing a child's creativity but due to play this can be difficult.

Feel free to tag us in your photos on Instagram and Facebook and add a Review to Google/Yelp with photos so, we and others can see how much your child enjoyed the session/party :)
